Social Care Services
Social Care Services
We are able to deliver our social care services for as little as just 30 minutes per week. We can assist in chaperone services such as going to appointments, undertaking housework, or just conducting welfare checks, where we can check on your relatives for peace of mind.
Additionally, we’re able to provide a sitting service for the respite of informal carers, either through the night or during the day, from as little as one hour, through to 12 hours.
Reablement and Enablement Services
Reablement and Enablement Services
We specialise in providing reablement services, and our care plans are driven by elements of reablement. This is the process of ‘doing with’ rather than ‘doing for’, and helps our clients to maintain their independence for as long as possible.
All of our packages are tailored to phase out as independence is regained, and this is particularly useful for those clients who have had a fall but are looking to fully regain their independence.
Personal Care Services
Personal Care Services
Our most widely delivered service, personal care services, allows us to undertake an extensive range of services to meet all of the client’s needs. This includes, but isn't limited to, personal hygiene, meal preparation, medication administration, and assisting with moving and handling equipment.
Palliative and End of Life Services
Palliative and End of Life Services
All of our staff are trained to deliver dignified and sensitive palliative care services, and we have a pre-selection process that uses personality profiling to ensure we have a workforce that are compassionate, caring, and understanding.
We are always honoured when a client chooses us to provide palliative care, and allows us to help them find comfort and dignity as they near the end of their life. We work with district nurses and hospices (such as Macmillan and Marie Curie) to ensure that each and every client’s needs are met.
