Since we started delivering care services to the people of Telford and Shropshire in 2013, we haven’t looked back. We pride ourselves on our commitment to our clients, and providing excellent care - that’s why we’re rated ‘Good’ in all categories by the CQC.
In addition, we are registered with the Homecare Association, and are also accredited by Investor in People, owing to our dedication to the ongoing development of our staff. It is due to the quality of our service and the satisfaction of our clients that we continue to be awarded Local Authority contracts with the Telford and Wrekin Council, and are also an approved provider of services to the NHS.

We are able to provide a range of services to clients, no matter their needs. Whether you or your loved one are needing a little assistance with getting to and from appointments, or whether we are needed to undertake all duties including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and more, we are able to provide this support.
Bespoke Care Plan
How It Works
Bespoke Care Plan
Once we have agreed upon a service start date, a trained assessor will visit and work with you or your loved one to create a bespoke and comprehensive care plan, to ensure that all needs are met.
Once complete, the bespoke care plan is uploaded to our high-spec care management software guide. This will ensure that any and all care workers will have access to the care plan and be fully aware of you or your loved one’s needs and preferences.
