Paradigm will pay for all staff to undertake a POVA / CRB check.
Care Coordinator
Position: Care Coordinator
Salary: £16-17,000 Per annum

Paradigm Health and social Care Ltd is an established domiciliary care provider within the Telford area that thrives on delivering excellence in customer service to the care community.
Due to continued growth we now wish to recruit for the position of Care Coordinator.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Care Coordinator to join our busy and thriving office in Telford. Your role will be to work alongside the Senior Coordinator and Manager in the smooth running and delivery of the service.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Ensure a high delivery of customer service
- Effective coordinating of staff rotas
- Create and review service user care plans
- Recruitment and selection of appropriate care staff
- Maintenance of care staff records and general administration
Suitable applicants will possess previous coordinating experience within the domiciliary care sector. You will have excellent communication skills and ideally be qualified to NVQ level 3 (minimum NVQ level 2).
A full driving licence and own transport is essential.
