As a Care Support Worker you will be visiting clients in their own homes and providing them with supportive care which includes personal care, domestic duties and more importantly providing a compassionate service. Own transport and mobile phone is essential as you will be required to travel to homes within Telford and surrounding areas. Previous experience and NVQ qualification is preferred but not essential as training will be given. Successful appointments are subject to clear enhanced CRB.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Care Coordinator to join our busy and thriving office in Telford. Your role will be to work alongside the Senior Coordinator and Manager in the smooth running and delivery of the service.
Key responsibilities will include:
Suitable applicants will possess previous coordinating experience within the domiciliary care sector. You will have excellent communication skills and ideally be qualified to NVQ level 3 (minimum NVQ level 2). A full driving licence and own transport is essential.
